Karim Harbott is a founding partner of Agile Centre. He's a seasoned business agility expert, blogger, agile leadership coach, international keynote speaker and author. 

His work and passion is driving agile transformation and reinventing organisations through agile. He has worked on some of the most complex agile transformations at large organisations ranging from financial services all the way to government departments and global consultancies.

Agile at scale, business agility, leadership coaching and development as well as culture change and agile transformation are his most succesful advising works. His approaches range from pragmatic and context-appropriate to rigid out-of-the-box solutions. No matter the way, Karim will find the right way for your personal or your organizational transformation.

Karim is one of only a handful of people globally to hold both the Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST) and Certified Enterprise Coach® (CEC) status. He is also an ICF Professional Certified Coach® (PCC), Certified Leadership Agility® Coach and Certified LeSS Trainer®.

Furthermore, he has held several senior roles in the Agile space including ‘Head of Scaled Agile’ at global strategy consultancy McKinsey & Co where he led the development of their global Agile transformation strategy.
